     Rated by The Automobile Club, The Mobil Travel Guide, as well as several international travel guides.  We take pride in our facility and it shows.  

Accommodations

• Queen Room - Max: Two persons
  A comfortable, heated, air conditioned room with a queen size bed, private shower, telephone, small refrigerator, and color Cable TV.
   

• Double Room - Max: Four persons
  A larger and more spacious room with two double beds and all of the amenities of the single room.  We offer both smoking and non smoking rooms.

• Rates do not include 8% NH rooms and meals tax.

• Rates are based on two people per room, per night.

• Extra people allowed in double rooms only.

• $10 extra for persons 10yrs and older.

• Higher rates apply on holidays and special events such as bike week and Nascar Races.

• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Two night minimum on weekends in summer.

Important Information

• Check in time is 2:00 PM.

• Office closes at 9:30 PM.

• Most major credit cards accepted.

• Credit card or deposit required for reservations.

• Cancellations made within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival are charged $25.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, 1:00 PM the day prior are charged for the first night.  Stricter cancellation policies are in effect for Motorcycle week, Nascar events and other special events.

• No shows or cancellations after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival are charged for the first and the last day of the reservation.

• Personal checks accepted 30 days prior to check in and only for advance reservations.

• We love all animals, but for the comfort of other guests we cannot accept pets of any kind.

• Sorry, we do not provide beach or pool towels.

• Facilities are for registered guests only.

• Parking is limited to one space/car per room.  We cannot accommodate trailers, boats or additional vehicles in the high season.  Other times you should ask if you have an additional car, or trailer.
